No. The trip is open to anyone in the industry — we regularly host participants from shipping lines, insurers and adjacent sectors. That said, around two-thirds of every group are freight forwarders, and the programme is built for them. If you're not a forwarder, expect a room where forwarding is the common language.

No. You arrange your own flights. We confirm arrival and departure points once the group is set. We try to book on the same flight and arrange pick up from the airport to the hotel.

Learning Trips cannot be cancelled once scheduled and booked, and are charged in full unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. As a professional client you have no right of withdrawal.
